5 out of 5 stars The Best Book On Sales I've Ever Read!!!!!!!!!   June 28, 2005

Owning one of the largest Chevrolet dealerships in the world I can't begin to tell you how much stuff I get across my desk to read. When I saw the title of this book, I had to buy it. After reading it I was stunned at the level of expertise and the amount of content contained inside the pages. I have since purchased copies for my employees and we have increased our monthly profit by at least $500,000.00 per month as a result. That said this book isn't for the low level thinker or sales diet pill fan as those types wouldn't be able to comprehend it. This book was definitely written for the real money makers of the industry. I give it FIVE STARS.!!!

3 out of 5 stars Blah Blah Blah! Oh there's a gem! Thank god it was free.   March 13, 2005

I received this book as a "freebie" at work. I am a bit of an information junkie so I read quite a bit of stuff. Actually most of the stuff that floats across my desk only gets the first couple sentences read and if my attention is still there I continue. I dont have a lot of time between deals. This book had some good information that was strong enough to keep my attention. I give it 3 stars for that. I actually was able to finish it, the occasional "gem" kept me searching. But overall it was weak and not very rewarding to finish. The useful information could have easily been downsized and put in a fifty page manual. But, if its free, read it. I'm actualy here to buy and leave kudos for another book I read "Cars and People, How to put the two together" is must read for any automotive pro.
