What a book. January 26, 2005 If you have or are just interested in spitfire's or GT6's this is the book for you. It has things about these cars you can't find anywhere else. I love this book and I find my self reading it over and over time again. It also tells you about the great racing history of these cool little car and if your look to buy one it has a guide for what to look out for. I highly recommend this book to any spitfire or GT6 fan.
Great book on the history of the Triumph Spitfire and GT6 January 5, 2001 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
A very good book, with lots of details I had not found elsewhere about the history and evolution of the Triumph Spitfire and GT6. Great details about the design, reasons for changes made and not made, and the effects of American Legislation forced on Britsh Leyland during the nineteen-seventies. There are plenty of pictures to please the eyes of any Triumph afficionado, but I wish there had been more in color. The details about custom updates and modifications were particularly interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Recommended!
