Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars a good basic low-fat cookbook   April 15, 2000

Having looked at several low-fat (or no-fat) cookbooks lately, I'm very pleased with this one. With one recipe per page and complete nutritional analysis, it's easy to read and to use. No odd ingredients, and the recipes all look good and easy. One drawback - no photos except for the front cover.
