DON'T DO IT!!! June 19, 2008 THIS BOOK IS GOOD FOR TOILET READING, BUT NOT REBUILDING ENGINES. WORTHLESS BOOK FOR ANYONE WHO HAS EVERY BLUEPRINTED OR REBUILT AN ENGINE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
The bebuild manual for flathead September 4, 2007 This is a very, very useful reference book about the Ford Flathead. You do know is an older book, still in print and the pictures are good, but not todays standard. I find reviewing some of the old books, I find items offten overlooked by the newer kids on the block(punt) so a well rounded set of books is aways worth having..
Very good basic info December 19, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Written a few years before the rebirth of the flathead in street rodding, this book has lots of good basic info to help you rebuild your flathead, or just have an idea of what will happen when you send it out. Not a lot of info on modifying the flathead, better to look for another book for that. Good info, and complete.
