AN EXCELLENT HISTORY OF THE EARLY YEARS IN THE AMERICAN AIRLINE INDUSTRY......ONCE AGAIN TIME-LIFE HAS PRODUCED A # 1 BOOK. I ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE SECTION ON JUAN TRIPPE,PAN AMERICAN AND THE EMPLOYMENT OF CHARLES AND ANN LINDBERGH TO SCOUT OUT INTERNATIONAL AIR ROUTES FOR THEM. A FASCINATING AND EXCITING PERIOD IN AMERICAN HISTORY, THIS IS A MUST READ FOR THE SERIOUS AIRPLANE JUNKIE.
