Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
This is the story of a retired couple who decided to purchase an RV and who traveled up and down the eastern United States with their pets. The author describes in a forthright and vivid manner their experiences and the many problems they encountered. The final chapter, entitled "A Trip into Hell", should make anyone driving an RV shudder and is a powerful ending to what is a very interesting, informative and revealing story.

The book is written in a unique chronological format and should be of great interest to anyone interested in RVs and RV travel. The author emphasizes that nothing in the book is fictionalized or distorted. Everything is based upon actual fact.

The book describes the couple's decision to purchase an RV, what they went through when they purchased it and all of their subsequent experiences and the many problems they encountered traveling in it. In the introduction and first chapter the author discusses the costs of owning and operating an RV and provides an informative insight into an entire spectrum ranging from campgrounds to RV ownership in general.

The author's direct and honest approach in expressing himself perhaps removes some of the myth of RV travel.
