Condition: Associate Professor, San Francisco, CASimply stated, FitzGerald's book was a revelation for me. Some of his tactics are amusing, but the reasoning behind his moves is dead-on, solid and true. He knows how to win. Now I do, too.Real Estate Broker, Atlanta GeorgiaAfter reading Fitzgerald's book I felt energized, magnetized to the idea that fighting a traffic ticket in court is the only way to go. And his take on saving money for three years, by taking traffic school, was great. Read the book. You'll learn a lot.

Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
An entertaining and informative anecdotal reference that chronicles the exploits of the Author's forays into the traffic courts of America. In it are contained the methods and strategies that resulted time and time again in a victorious outcome for the Author. There are revelations of the erosion of citizens' rights in the traffic courts of certain places in our country. Bryan FitzGerald believes it is his duty to his family and his community to fight a traffic citation, using the system and exercising his rights to protect and preserve his family finances and his rights as an American citizen. He believes anyone can win as he does in Traffic Court.

3 out of 5 stars Decent Book, Liked it.   November 19, 2002

This book was not bad. Good stuff inside. Useful stuff. Not the greatest tho if you get a speeding ticket and want to beat it. For that, I would recommend a book by Richard Wallace called An Educated Guide to Speeding Tickets, Beat/Avoid Them. That book is very easy to read. The guy who wrote is was a police officer and knows his stuff. He wrote a very useful and helpful book. I liked his better than this one. I used this book to help a friend here in Rhode Island beat a ticket in court so I know it works.
