I purchased this book for a friend to assist her in planning a trip to the Loire. She has an enduring passion for France and all things French. Mine being Italy. However, after delving into the pages of "Drive Around Loire Valley: Your Guide to Great Drives", I too have discovered a new awareness of all thing beautiful in France - particularly the Loire. A great read with outstanding practical advice, scenic routes and suggested dining and accommodation for all budgets. A really helpful guide to discovering the Loire - take it with you!
