Excellent review for step 3 May 4, 2008 This book helped me a lot to study for step 3. This is a must for IMGs who are trying to get this done before coming to the states.
One of the best books for Step 3 December 18, 2007 This book is a very good review for Step 3. It is not enough for a score higher than 90 but you will definitely pass with just studying this book.
Medicine Review November 24, 2007 A nice compilation of subject areas with up to date research, treatment plans with dosing, and diagnostic modalities. You can even earn CME credit.

Probably great for PA boards and FP boards, but don't listen to the forums that recommend this for Step 2 or 3.
Too many errors August 24, 2006 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I'm studying for my third PA recertification exam and thought this would be a good tool to use. Unfortunately, this book has lots of mistakes, leaving me questioning what I know is correct. It has a great layout, is easy to read, and has nice summaries for each topic. But if you're unsure of the accuracy of the information, you end up going to other sources to study, which is double the work.
