Highly recommend. June 20, 2008 As a continuing ed instructor with over 30 years experience in commercial wiring, I highly recommend this textbook as a reference for those residential electricians who are transitioning into commercial wiring. It is filled with very informative black and white illustrations and photos of conduit supports and fittings, conduit bending techniques, raceway systems, conduit bodies, boxes, enclosures, etc. There is an entire chapter devoted to hazardous locations with a multitude of clearly explained illustrations.
The author not only covers theory, codes, and standards, but also provides plenty of practical commercial wiring knowledge that is well explained and well illustrated with up-to-date illustrations.
