Technical errors scattered among the good information June 26, 2004

See my technical review of the errors I found in the first 100 pages at http://mfes.com/rudy.htm. SAE fixed at least the worst of the errors in the second edition, also Rudy used some quotes from my review of the second text which I sent to SAE before it was published in the book without attribution. Whatcha gonna do?
