Good overview, but dated July 7, 2000 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
This book is a skillfully written and well illustrated overview of the paint and body techniques of the late 1980s. You are better off looking at this one at the library and buying an up-to-date book.
Some information out-of-date May 4, 1999 24 out of 25 found this review helpful
As are all Haynes Manuals this book is an excellent source of information for do-it-yourselfers. Problem is they need to update the book. When I asked for some of the "new" paint products at a body shop they told me I would need to go to a museum.
