From the supplier: Plaintiffs' attorneys in traffic accident cases will perform better accident investigation with a basic understanding of vehicle dynamics. Evidence gathered in the investigation should include diagrams and photographs of the accident scene, accident reconstruction, photographs and other evidence of damage to the vehicle and injuries to occupants. Proof of defective design or negligent driving is also needed, as is testimony to the link between accident, design and plaintiff's injuries. Witnesses should all be interviewed and expert evidence is also helpful.
