Product Description
This book contains new information and a different view of the Ford GT legend. Drivers have been interviewed. Never before seen historical and new photographic records have been included. Some of the old myths and legends have been revisited. The enemies of the Ford GT on the racing track have been included. The Ford GT replica industry gets its overdue day in the limelight. The stories of various original Ford GT survivors have been included, but most important of all, as many Ford GT drivers that could be found have been given their place on the Roll of Honor.

A Must for Every GT Owner May 13, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Mr. Streather provides an exciting and accurate history of the Ford GT, past and present. While many articles and books have been published on this subject, most repeat the generally known facts of cars. In contrast, Mr. Streather provides details and photographs which only an ardent detective and researcher, committed to the subject, will discover. As an owner of a "new" GT, and having lived during the competition days of the originals, I am continually impressed with the depth of the writer's work. An excellent book that every owner of a GT, past and present, should own.
