Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Take an exciting look at one of the most distinctive fire engines in American fire apparatus history. High-quality builders photographs reveal the 19-year production life of the Seagrave 70th Anniversary Series. Photographs range from stock-model pumpers and ladder trucks to custom-built one-off specials such as a huge rescue truck, a foam truck for the protection of oil refineries, and some of the 70th Anniversary models built by Seagraves Canadian subsidiary. Photos of factory-fresh rigs are complemented by shots of models in production and in action at major fire locations.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Great photo reference book for the fire apparatus buff.   April 13, 2000

This book has lots of great factory photos of several types of 70th Anniversary trucks throughout the years of it's production. Each one is unique in it's own right and this book captures many of the varieties and impressiveness of each unit. It'll give hours of enjoyment for the casual fire buff to the professional photographer. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has an interest in fire apparatus.
