A heavy truck is suprisingly complicated and other publications I've read have been blatently simple and somewhat scatterbrained in their approach. All the necessary areas have been addressed; from engine installation, the cooling system and back around to suspension systems and application. Almost everything you need to know to build from the ground up is here and presented in a tactful and unbiased manner. Great reference material, even for the professional. Straight from those who know, teach, and submit to industry, this is the bible for those who build quality heavy trucks.
