Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Required reading for the VW owner of these vintages   August 26, 2007
I had already owned and used this book but wanted another copy for my daughters boyfriend who is getting into VW's. How to Keep Your VW Rabbit, Scirocco & Jetta Alive is unlike any other book that I have seen or read. It has insightful explanations that are very down to earth and the wording is geared more toward the novice. There are some illustrations that are extremely artistic and give depth to the discussion that wouldn't be possible any other way. There is also a fair amount of humor interjected at various points that lends itself to venting frustrations that you may have built up when you are experiencing problems with these types of vehicles. I probably couldn't write enough about this book to fully justify how useful it is. Just buy it and you'll see what I mean.
