Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars In-depth technical breakdown of the 2-Stroke engine.   April 26, 1999

Mr. Bell covers the various forms of 2-stroke motors with insight and expertise. A must for anyone wanting to improve the performance of any 2-stroke engine. The book is over 15 years old and could probably use some updating since this is a rapidly changing field, but most of the practises and procedures he suggests are still valid. All in all, this is the best book on 2-stoke engine on the market. (And I looked high and low for a good book on the subject) A high quality, hardcover publication is a little out of the norm for automotive books. A nice change.
