Product Description A New York Times BestsellerThe sequel to the explosive New York Times bestseller The Last Jihad Osama bin Laden is dead. Saddam Hussein is buried. Baghdad lies in ruins. Now the eyes of the world are on Jerusalem as Jon Bennett - a Wall Street strategist turned senior White House adviser - his CIA partner Erin McCoy, and the U.S. secretary of state meet with Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. On the table: a potentially historic Arab-Israeli peace plan, at the heart of which is the discovery of black gold beneath the Mediterranean.

Exciting, fast action good book July 4, 2008 The book was good and a nice sequel to The Last Jihad. The audio version was better than the Last Jihad, but not quite as good as the Copper Scroll. But overall a suspense filled book that will keep you engaged and anxious for each event as they unroll in this, "The Last Days".
The Last Days June 27, 2008 Have Not started this one, but after reading the 3 previous works, I feel that this one will keep you on the edge of your seat.
A real thriller June 1, 2008 Exactly what I expected ...hard to put down right to the end...The same thrilling writing I experienced in Joel's other books
MUST READ! June 1, 2008 The Last Days (Political Thrillers Series #2)
This is a must read! Americans are in denial about what is happening in the world. We must have a world view in order to make good decisions for this country. Before you vote this year read this book!!!!!
Sooper Dooper May 31, 2008 This was an absolutely great book! I highly recommend it. It will give one insights into the participants in the Middle East crisis, both Israeli and Palestini. There is a great deal of the history of the region which explains why they feel the way they do. And on top of all this, there is a great plot!! What more could one ask for?
