The Griffin 9501-TRIPCB is the most versatile iTrip to date, accommodating every dock connector iPod, including the iPod Nano and 5th-generation iPods videos. This thing worked great here in a small town, I haven't tried it anywhere else but if you will look at the comments of Josh's review, you can find out how to put it in international mode for it to work well everywhere.
I assumed this thing would work with the iPhone 3G, and it DOES NOT charge the iPhone 3G, however it does work with it.
I only gave it 4 out of 5 because it does not disclaim it and I've had people say it does. If it were to work with iPhone 3G, it would be 5/5.
 Good Quality Sound August 7, 2008
This is a well designed and high quality IPod FM transmitter.
Not only does it provide good sound, but it also charges the IPod while it is playing. Additionally, the design makes it very simple to adjust. It is easy to pull the player over close where one can tune it as needed.
The one that I got is priced far better than other similar transmitters and does a very good job. Good value!
 Excessive static August 5, 2008
This product's performace left a lot to be desired. The signal from the unit was very very weak and there was lot of static irrespective of the location of the cables and the unit. I find it hard to understand that this product has so many good reviews and bad reviews at the same time.
