This license plate frame allows all of the license plate tags to be visible, no matter whether they are displayed on the top or bottom part of the license plate, depending on which state you live in!

This product should be shipped with a tube of superglue. More than a few of the diamondesques fell out of the frame in shipping. I was able to find the missing pieces in the packing and glue them back in place. Be careful opening and look for missing bling. Other than that, it looks great going down the road. Lots of sparkle.
