This light is heavy because it has 2 heavy duty batteries. Thus, it can be used for a relatively long time on a single charge. You can choose between using 1 bulb, 2 bulbs, or just a power saving LED light. I like that the house charger is built in, use an extension cord to charge. This spotlight is very bright using one bulb, and using both bulbs makes it even brighter. The LED light is useful and as bright as a regular LED flashlight. It has two handles for flexibility.
