Product Description This is an "ester" based, non-petroleum, fuel reformulator. when mixed with combustible fuel it simply allows the carbons to be released more efficiently, thereby providing for a "cleaner" burn utilizing more fuel and less carbon leftovers. This REALLY WORKS! I've been using in my vehicles for over two years and have seen a tremendous difference in power, mileage, emissions, and maintenance. Great for personal, industrial, commerical, and governmental use.

( NEW UPDATE) (Not cheap to use!) July 8, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have added this to my engine oil & gas tank as instructions say; first tank was 2 mpg more per gallon, but the 2nd time was average. The engine seems to run smoother. Our car has close to 95,000 miles on it. I have to use 2 ounces per each fill up which is around 8 gallons of gas just to average 2 extra miles per gallon. I still believe Lucas Oil Additive & Lucas Fuel Additive work just as well and are cheaper to use. My new UPDATE would be a 1 or 2 star rating. I do not plan to by any more Ethos!

Ethos Fuel Reformulator 16 oz Ethos FR
I have used Ethos fr for about 4 months now in a 2003 Mustang and a 73 MG B-GT and have noticed a couple of things: First, the MG is running much smoother and starts as if I just rebuilt the engine (never been rebuilt), but I don't know about the mileage. Second, I have noticed a difference in power and mileage in the Mustang. I did use 4oz in the first two tank fulls and 1oz for each 5gal, not 10. Idling for the Mustang has also changed. From about 900rpm to less than 7 and never rough
no mpg improvement for me June 23, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Unfortunately I have seen no improvent in my mpg, and I am currently on my fifth tank with Ethos added. I also added some to my crankcase oil as recommended. On the other hand, my vehicle does seem to be running smoother and quieter, although I have no way to directly measure this. I won't be buying anymore.
Seems to be working May 25, 2008 12 out of 15 found this review helpful
This is the first time I've tried Ethos and so I give a diffenent yes to the fact that this product is working. Plus, I don't have a way to test my fuel emissions without paying my local car dealer a hugh amount of cash. However, I can say that this stuff has made my 2001 Buick Regal run a lot (and I mean a lot) more quieter -- it's almost like I'v driving an electric car. As far as my diesel truck, it appears that my gas milage has imporoved to about 2 miloes per qal. thus far per mile. Needless to say, Ethos looks promising.
