BEST I'VE EVER USED............. June 20, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I HAVE OVER THE YEARS USED ALMOST EVERY POLISH, WAX, AND TREATMENT ON THE MARKET. MOST ARE GOOD, BUT DON'T LAST LONG. OR THEY ARE HARD TO PUT ON AND COME OFF IN A SHORT TIME.
I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT MANY TIMES AND I LIKE IT BETTER EVERYTIME I USE IT. FIRST, IT IS THE EASIEST POLISH I HAVE EVER USED. SECOND, IT WILL LAST AFTER MANY RAINS, AND WASHINGS. THIRD, IT GIVES A VERY DEEP AND LASTING SHINE.
THIS IS THE ONLY POLISH I USE NOW! IT IS WELL WORTH TRYING. I THINK MOST PEOPLE WHO DO TRY IT WILL REALLY BE SURPRISED AT HOW GREAT THIS PRODUCT IS.
Liquid Diamond April 24, 2008 What can I say but, IT WORKS! I have a '93 Honda. My neighbor said it looks like a different Car. It shines, the water still beads and its been 3 weeks since I plished it.
As good (or better) than others I've tried March 1, 2008 Ran across this at a big box store, and figured I'd buy it just to get the motorized sprayer (planned on using the sprayer for tire dressing-carpal tunnel donchaknow?). Was so impressed with the wax I went back and bought the few bottles left on the shelf, but I don't know if the sprayer's going to work for tire dressing as I had originally planned-may not be enough of a "mist" for that?
Think I've tried `bout every type of spray wax out there and the Simonize works as well if not better than the others I've tried, as well as being as economical (twice the price, but 32oz vs. 16 oz for all the spray waxes I've bought). Some I've tried/have on the shelf: Black Magic Spray Detailer (one of my favorites, plus a great fragrance) Meguiar's Ultimate Quick Detailer Meguiar's Quick Detailer Spray & Wipe Eagle 1 Nano Wax Eagle 1 Wipe & Shine Eagle 1 Wax as U Dry (think Consumer Reports liked this) Kawasaki Spray Polish (can-good when more cleaning desired) Kawasaki Wipe Down (can-good when more cleaning desired)
I don't know that one can expect any spray wax to last but so long, but since they're so easy/fast to use, they don't have to. This stuff beads water extremely well (I also use it on my windows, particularly the windshield) and I often use it for a quick touch-up instead of having to wash a vehicle. I think the spray waxes work better on windshields than Rain X windshield treatments (as well as being easier to apply), and at highway speeds I often don't have to use my wipers. I've only used this on vehicles with good/new paint (white, silver, dark blue) so I can't tell ya what to expect from older paint jobs. I didn't notice any streaking on my darker vehicle.
Came close to giving it 5 stars, but since there's always room for improvement... If it lasts longer than others I've tried, I may have to up my rating to 5 stars.
NOT as seen on TV January 12, 2008 I saw on the commercial that after one application, an old car looks like new... well, I tried on my old car and didn't improve at all.
Simonize Liquid Glaze December 2, 2007 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
What a waste. I expected more from the product. Used it on an 04 BMW and an 07 Vette. Required as much elbow grease to remove and polish to a high shine as any paste wax. The battery operated spray bottle is cool, but the product is inferior. I would take a refund if offered.
