This product has absolutely no effect when applied as directed. If you want to scrub this will work about like a spray bottle with soapy water in it.

This product helps to clean the wheels of a car. However it is not a
real cleaner. You probably would do better cleaning with a brush and some soap. It would also be cheaper.
