This Mop is perfect for home and office use. It is constructed to use its own Dust Pads, Scrub Pads. Made from ultra lightweight aluminum and has a telescopic handle. The Pads attach easily with Velcro strips on the bottom of the mop head. The pads are the finest Korean material in the world! Try using it to dust walls as well as floors. Microfiber is so absorbent that it can hold eight times its weight in water. The mop head measures 18x6 when equipped with pad, enabling it to cover large areas in a short amount of time. The flat, rectangular pad attaches to the mop head with Velcro, making it easy to detach the pad to throw it in the laundry or switch between dry pads and wet pads. The extendable mop handle is made of sturdy, lightweight aluminum. The weight of the entire mop is less than one pound. Microfiber mops are so effective that they can easily clean using only water, making dangerous chemicals unnecessary. If you do have a favorite cleaner you wish to use for antibacterial purposes, it will simply make the mops even more efficient. There are two types of Microfiber mop pads, one each for wet and dry use. The pads can be used interchangeably, but they are designed for optimum performance to be used either one way or the other. Because of this, the mop head is designed with Velcro so that it is simple to adjust from one type of pad to the other. Another benefit of the Microfiber mop pads is that they can be laundered in home washing machines. Simply remove the pad from the mop head and toss it in the washing machine. This is the best mop ever. I had one before Hurricane Katrina and lost it. It took me awhile to find the exact one that I had but thanks to AMAZON I did. You can use cleaning products for tough spots but because of the microfiber all you have to use is water. One pad for dusting and one pad for mopping. GREAT!!

This is an excellent mop. It is heads above the old technology. The handle and head swivel around everything and the microfibre is amazing. I just mop with a spray to the floor like Murphy's, mop and done. I can do our large kitchen in a few minutes. I highly recommend it.

I have a cleaning business and this product has been exactly what I was looking for. It is so compact to carry with me and also so easy to rinse the mophead out. All my customers just love it, most with hardwood floors. I am on my third order because my customers want one to keep for themselves. The person who complained is crazy, of course you need to treat either with vacuuming or a broom something as dirty as he described. There are no miracles when it comes to cleaning but this has helped me out considerably!

I have used this for several months now, and cannot see why anyone would find it unsatisfactory.
