These step bars fit my 2004 Toyota Tacoma 4WD XTRACAB. The description listed them as only fitting up to year 2003, but I noticed the same model number being listed as fitting 2004's on other web sites, so I went ahead and ordered them. Then the instructions that came with the bars listed them for 1995-1999 regular and extended cab. But they still fit my 2004 truck. The mounting system is odd. There were obviously some compromises made to get these bars to fit diff trucks. The instructions were not so good. The telephone tech support person was helpful. In the end, the bars look great and are solid as a rock.
