The PL1550, Professional air punch/flange is a "2 in 1" tool designed for use on a range of cold-rolled, low carbon steel up to 14 gauge. When using the flange, a new steel panel is easily attached to the existing panel without deformation. The punch is an excellent tool for punching new panels for 3/16" rivets or welding.

This Flanger/Punch air tool is the greatest air tool I have bought to Date.
Leaves an Excellent flange. And the hole punch is just perfect for welding in new panels. (on my Jeep Cherokee Floor boards)
In all I would highly recommend this to any one doing sheet metal work.
