This heat/cool model includes a heater assembly which is welcome heat for cooler climates and cool mornings. Exclusive "slinger wheel" design recycles condensation back onto the condenser coil, which significantly reduces water runoff along the roof and down the sides of the RV. This reduces system head pressure and extends compressor life, too. A bottom discharge louver directs conditioned air from the ceiling. Quick, easy air filter replacement. AirV features all-copper coils, a Carrier compressor, high-strength corrosion-resistant polymer construction, and a powder-paint coated base pan. It's designed and built to maximize cooling capacity, efficiency, reliability, and low-cost operation. One-Year Warranty. Roof assemblies (and complete units) are now shipped by UPS. great service & product May 15, 2008
product is good, and the service was great, had a damaged part sent out and they worked hard to replace it, a little miss understanding of which part was damaged, but once we got on the same path they had me a new one right away,the product it self is good and it was at a good price, thanks again for the great service and good product
