BOSE IS THE WINNER THIS TIME November 16, 2008 Hi there , since my english is not colse to good i just wanna write a few lines about bose's in hear headphones,,, i have an ipod touch and i have been using logitech free pulse headphones, sound is good, overall specially the bass, i actually was very impressed when i just got them the first day, since i don't like getting stock with one thing only, i decided to buy another different pair of headphones, i've been reading reviews about bose's and decided to go for it. I wanted Wired this time because it is really enoying having to turn on and off the bluethooth thing so i thought wired was good this time i also wanted to put some money on it, so i just run to target and get this babies for 99 dlls plus tax, i took'em out of the boy right on the parking lot couse i was sure a was going to return them right away because of the sound or something, i put this'em on my ears, turn ipod 70% of volume and had nothing else matters of metallica to try'em, and.....WOW,,,,WOW,,,,WOWWWWWWW, I have to say this one more time, im sorry WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW this thing almost blew me out of the car through the window, man, what a bass, i went back to my house and have a test with my logitech free pulse, if you ask me to do this from 1 to 10, i would give logitech 7 and bose 9.5, the reason why i can't give a 10 is because i like treble a lot, really clear sound and this babie's need to do a bit more, but overall they are good, i'm happy with them, you can fall asleep with them on and they won't hurt your ear just like logitech, after 15 minutes you have to take'em off you, ears hurt too much,,, well, i highly recommend this product to you all, they worth every penny. thanks for reading
Thought much better than ipods but isn't October 29, 2008 Kept on switching between ipods earphones and these while listening to different kinds of music, I didn't hear much of a difference. They're better but not alot better to warrant paying $99.
best earphones in ear ever! September 29, 2008 Great sound! you can hear truly and amazing sound and the fit perfect in my ear, it has the suitable rubber ear pieces for each different size. Bose thought of everything, the case is simply elegant and fits for the quality of the earphones.
Great deal! i recommend this product 100%
Good enough... September 13, 2008 I purchased these a few weeks ago and they arrived rather late. I tried them with my 8gb Sandisk Sansa and they sound alright. It's alot less bass than what i expected, but the overall quality is good enough. I use these while running on the treadmill with a clip on my shirt so that the wires wouldn't be tugging down after every step. The ear pieces fit great, i don't see how people judge them so negatively. Everyone is different, so everyone will differ when it comes with ear shape.
Not what I hoped for from BOSE? September 5, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Pros: Bass response, Fit & Comfort Cons: High and Mid Range Response.
They have descent bass and a comfortable fit. The sound if full and wide. But the highs & mids are fairly flat & kind of muddy sounding? You have various size silicone earpieces to help you get the best fit. These do not go inside your ear canal the silicone tips just rest on the rim of the canal. So if you don't want that ear plug feeling of a pure sound isolation set of phones these are pretty comfortable. So with that they are a noise reducing option phone not a isolation one. They do reduce outside noise allot more than the standard earbuds though. If you are very active (ie: you want to use these for running or jogging) they maynot offer you a secure enough fit. For me they're fine. They sound better than the standard buds but with less highs & mids (a little muffled). I think I'm going to have to spend more $$$ to get something GOOD! :(
